A Delicious Chinese Stir-fry Recipe Using Beef

A delicious Chinese stir-fry recipe using beef:

Contents:

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Chinese black vinegar

1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon of cornstarch

1 teaspoon of sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, raisin sauce, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper. Set it aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

Add the garlic, ginger, and sliced vegetables (pepper, onion, and broccoli) to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until slightly softened.

Pour in the sauce mixture and stir-fry for another minute, until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.

Add the beef back to the wok and fry, stirring, for another 1-2 minutes, until the beef is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.

Serve hot with boiled rice.

Enjoy the delicious Chinese steak fries!
